1. Reception of merchandise

It is an essential condition that at the time of receipt of the merchandise, any incident that may be in the state of the merchandise or the packaging is indicated on the delivery note that is signed by the carrier, and Vila Grancha, SL is notified of said incident by e -mail to  sac@vilagrancha.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the same. After this period, the seller is not responsible for damages or expenses incurred.

2. Return of Merchandise/Terms and Conditions

The customer will have a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to submit any claim or exercise their right of withdrawal in relation to the product supplied.

After that period, the products will be considered as compliant by the client. The claim must be made by e-mail to sac@vilagrancha.com  and meet the requirements established for returned products.

The returned products must always be in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and the incident number assigned by the customer service department must be indicated.   1. Product defects: For the evaluation of the request, the incident must be clearly explained and documented with photos and/or videos. Once the request is accepted, the collection will be the responsibility of Vila Grancha, SL for its physical evaluation and corresponding payment or replacement.
  2. Shipping error: Once the request is accepted, the correct product will be collected and replaced.
  3. Withdrawals: The right to withdraw from a purchase can only be exercised for non-original spare parts, product returns will not be accepted upon request or original spare parts. The shipment will be borne by the customer and must inform the customer service of the number of the shipment, as well as the transport agency that has been used, shipments to postage due will not be accepted, these will be automatically returned by our reception.
3. Reservation of title

The supplied products continue to be the property of Vila Grancha, SL, as long as the Buyer has not satisfied the full payment of their price.

4. Management of Pending Merchandise

Undelivered remains of orders placed in the last 30 days are considered on time and will be shipped automatically as soon as the product is available. In case of not wanting them, the buyer must inform through the email  pedidos@vilagrancha.com . The remains pending orders of more than 30 days will be sent after confirmation by the customer, with the exception of products made to order or original spare parts.

5. Warranty

The products supplied by Vila Grancha, S.L. have a warranty for product defects of 6 months for rental products, 12 months for professional use products and 24 months for domestic use products. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects as long as the damage is not caused by improper use. With the exception of spare parts that have a warranty of 3 months after installation and always for a manufacturing defect of the spare part itself, it will never cover defects in its installation.
