The customer will have a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to submit any claim or exercise their right of withdrawal in relation to the product supplied.

- Product defects: For the evaluation of the request, the incident must be clearly explained and documented with photos and/or videos. Once the request is accepted, the collection will be the responsibility of Vila Grancha, SL for its physical evaluation and corresponding payment or replacement.

- Withdrawals: The right to withdraw from a purchase can only be exercised for non-original spare parts, product returns will not be accepted upon request or original spare parts.
